Non-Refundable Products:
As our courses are digital products, they are non-refundable once accessed. By purchasing a course, you acknowledge that you are buying access to downloadable or streamable content, which is not eligible for return under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Consumer Rights for Digital Products:
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must meet satisfactory quality standards, be fit for purpose, and match the description provided. If a purchased course is defective, incomplete, or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a remedy, such as repair or replacement.
