1. Technical Requirements
To access our courses and participate in online sessions, you’ll need:
• Device: A laptop, desktop, or tablet with an up-to-date operating system (Windows 10, macOS 11, or newer).
• Internet: A stable broadband connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps for seamless video streaming and live classes.
• Software:
• A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge).
• A PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat.
• Zoom or similar video conferencing software for live lessons.
• Storage: Sufficient disk space to download course materials and save your work.
2. Digital Literacy
To participate effectively in our programs, you should have basic digital skills, including:
• Navigating websites and accessing online resources.
• Using email for communication.
• Creating and editing documents in Word, Excel, or similar applications.
• Participating in virtual meetings via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

3. Language Proficiency
Our courses are conducted in English. To succeed, we recommend:
• A minimum English proficiency level of A2 for bookkeeping courses.
• If your English level is below A2, we recommend enrolling in our General English Course or Business English Course before beginning your chosen program.
4. Time Commitment
• Allocate approximately 5–7 hours per week for study, including live lessons, assignments, and self-paced learning.
• Review course details for the specific time requirements of your program.
5. Personal Study Environment
We recommend:
• A quiet, well-lit space where you can focus on your studies without distractions.
• Access to a notebook or planner to track your progress and assignments.
6. Additional Requirements
Depending on the course, you may need:
• Professional documents or certifications (e.g., proof of prior accounting experience for advanced programs).
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage or Xero (guidance provided in the course).
